BODYBLAST - Full body circuit class utilizing muscle confusion principals. Muscle tone, flexibility, balance and fat loss. BOOTYBLAST is 30 minutes of intense, effective glutes and thigh work, designed to "lift your bottom line."
P45 stands for Power 45 - 45 minutes of fat blasting, high intensity interval training. Lean out and get strong and FIT in 45 minutes with fun drills. This class is held outside on our patio, weather permitting.
