Our group classes offer our clients more personal attention, making each session that much more rewarding for all individuals who attend. Our instructors are highly talented, credentialed, experienced and passionate.

KICKBOXING

High energy class combines elements of boxing drills, kickboxing and easy to follow combinations for a great body challenge. You will increase your endurance, sculpt lean muscles and scorch body fat in less time.

 

CARDIO DANCE & LINE DANCING

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. We mix it up and even do some line dancing too.

YOGA

Move through different postures and sequences linking breath to each movement. Creates energy & heat building flexibility & strength.

SPIN

Spinning burns a ton of calories while increasing strength and cardiovascular endurance. Work at your own level. 

AWESOME ABS

A full 30 minutes of all abs!

CYCLE FUSION

 

50-minute cycling + full body sculpting all in one session! You will get comfortable with getting uncomfortable while you rock to the beats of an energized theme ride + hit the weights for an upper body weight training or core circuit. You will walk out feeling strong + empowered + recharged and ready to take on your day!

PI-YO

A combination of pilates and yoga. Focuses on core strength in abdominals and lower back along with flexibility in trunk muscles.

CARDIO CIRCUIT

Focus on intense muscle conditioning through lunges, squats, and isometric holds and also include challenging core exercises for cardio core muscle work. Tons of cardio focusing on intense muscle conditioning through lunges, squats, and isometric holds. Also includes challenging core exercises for cardio core muscle work.

BARRE BLAST

A ballet barre inspired workout. Low impact but high results.

BODYBLAST & BOOTYBLAST

BODYBLAST - Full body circuit class utilizing muscle confusion principals. Muscle tone, flexibility, balance and fat loss. BOOTYBLAST is 30 minutes of intense, effective glutes and thigh work, designed to "lift your bottom line."

P45

P45 stands for Power 45 - 45 minutes of fat blasting, high intensity interval training. Lean out and get strong and FIT in 45 minutes with fun drills. This class is held outside on our patio, weather permitting.

I have been personal training and managing group fitness programs since 1979 right out of college where I was a cheerleader & ran track. I am certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine & American Council on exercise, and am a nationally registered EMT. I teach all types of fitness classes but my favorites are; Boot Camp, Kickboxing and Pilates.

I started teaching spin after a lifelong variety of fitness activities. I was a competitive roller skater as a child and enjoyed teaching as an adult to children back in Wilmington, DE where I was born and raised. After a long career with DuPont, my husband, Yale, and I retired to Scottsdale in 2011. I enjoy spending time with my niece in DE and three grandsons’ in Indiana. Spinning is my latest passion!

I am an avid fitness enthusiast and has been a Group Fitness Instructor for nearly 14 years. I enjoy the outdoors hiking with my German Shepherd, mountain bike riding & skiing the Colorado mountains. My favorite activity is leading group fitness classes and helping people achieve & maintain their fitness goals. Education: - ACE Group Fitness Certification - Barre Above Certified Instructor - P90X Live Instructor - P90X Pro Team member since 2014 - CPR/AED certified

I’ve taught yoga and dance for over 20 years. Highlights include: I taught dance, choreographed, and coached at Royal Dance Works for 15 years. I also taught dance and yoga at Arizona Sunrays Gymnastics and Dance center for 5 years. I have taught yoga at several locations of LA Fitness for 15 years. I also taught yoga at the Royal Palms resort and for private clients. I competed in Arizona state yoga asana championships 3 times.

I have been in the wellness & fitness industry for almost 3 decades, working as a personal trainer, as well as a spin, Zumba, and other group fitness instructor. I love working one-on-one with clients and have had huge success helping my clients reach their goals. I have enjoyed working with athletes, children, people working towards a specific goal, and people looking for overall health and wellness. Certifications: - NASM Personal Trainer - Zumba Instructor - Strong Instructor

I couldn’t be more pleased to have found a calling where I get to do what I love! I've been in the fitness industry for 12 years, specializing in holistic nutrition, personal training and life coaching. After selling our gym and moving to Scottsdale, it feels so good to be back 'in the saddle' teaching Cycle Fusion as a member of the Freedom team. My classes are never the same, fun and intense, with carefully planned choreography and programming thrown in for a complete full-body workout.
